From the 32-week mark of my pregnancy until after delivery, Kimberly O. was a constant, friendly face. We looked forward to seeing her from our first NST until we took our baby girl home. Kim was by far the most patient, caring, and understanding nurse I've ever worked with. She calmed any fears I had about birth, continuously checked in on us both. She was able to show me the baby hiccupping on the monitor, and that made me so excited. Kim was in the room when our daughter entered the world, and I wouldn't have changed that for anything. She is a shining example of an AMAZING NURSE. She is the most caring, compassionate, understanding person of any of the hospital staff members I've ever seen. Every time I came in (NST and Labor), Kim was always so caring, explained everything being done, and made sure there weren't any questions. During a rough labor, Kim continued to encourage and comfort me. Kim spoke up for my questions, concerns, and desires. I would always try to schedule appointments on days she worked. From her attitude and behavior with us to sitting and holding our baby, you could tell she loved her work and belonged there. We love her.
