My sister was a patient in rehab, and the anxiety of moving from the ICU to a new unit to recover from a craniotomy was made so much easier, according to her, by the care she received immediately at intake by Lisa. 

She said that Lisa was so very efficient, thorough, and spoke so clearly that she knew she was in a "good place". Lisa made her feel safe every time after that first meeting.
