Ms. Dabney arrived promptly, much sooner than I would have expected at such a busy hospital. She must be very busy as the head nurse, so I appreciate her all the more. She was a breath of fresh air; she was warm, kind, empathetic, and attentive. She was in "good humor," meaning she was calm, cool, and collected. What a professional! She was friendly and pleasant, and with such a lovely smile. She listened and answered questions. Nurses are the angels of the healthcare system. My father (patient), mother, and I were fortunate to encounter and speak to an extra special nurse: head nurse Dabney! She is a credit to Kaiser.
