I would like to thank my nurse, Natalie Bourque from the Float Pool, who came to the Blind Rehab Unit. I accidentally left my newly issued iPhone in the Uber I had taken to get back to the Blind Rehab unit. I went to the nurse's desk to tell them, and she jumped right in and said she could help me. She logged in to help a friend and tracked my iPhone, called my iPhone, spoke with the driver, and let him know where the iPhone belonged. The Uber driver then brought my phone back to the Blind Rehab.

Ms. Bourque's efforts were how I got my iPhone back. She was relentless and made sure that the driver had all the contact information for the nurses' station and herself to be sure that they returned my iPhone. She even checked back later in the evening to be sure that I received my iPhone back. I truly appreciated all her efforts.

I use my iPhone for everything since I am legally blind. I use it for appointments, alarms, and daily functions of life, living with blindness.
