I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my night nurse, Joe.

I have had multiple back surgeries, which have been very painful for me, and I live in chronic pain on a daily basis. Most people don't understand the toll that both acute and chronic pain takes on a person. Joe showed so much compassion in his care for me. He was very attentive with taking care of my needs, especially pain control, and advocating for me when the prescribed medications and treatments were not working.

I felt comfort in staying alone with no family when Joe was my nurse, as he took great care of me and didn't just leave me in my room in pain for hours. Again, thank you, Joe. You are the epitome of a great nurse.
