I owe all of my success and joy to Kylie and her magic.
Kylie was my RN for my labor & delivery of my baby boy. From the moment I arrived, she acted as the best source of support, compassion, and guidance. My goal was to have an unmedicated delivery, and throughout every intense contraction, Kylie was there--physically providing counter pressure on my hips and sacrum, emotionally and mentally providing me with reassurance and reminding me of my strength and ability to birth this baby. Even though she had already worked 12 hours, the RN stayed overtime to keep supporting me through the rest of my labor. I thought and screamed, "I can't do this," so many times. Every time, I was met with her steady reassurance that I was capable, was already doing it, and could keep going.

They guided me through so many position changes and methods. I could go on and on, but, in short, I could never have accomplished an unmedicated delivery without her. She was my rock throughout every contraction and my cheerleader through every push. She believed in me when I didn't believe in myself and kept me going when I didn't think it was possible. Kylie helped me find every ounce of strength in myself to a level I had no idea was possible.

As a fellow labor and delivery nurse, I can honestly say that her work is unmatched. She does so much for her patients, and it makes all the difference in the world. This was a life-changing experience for me. I am not the same person I was when I walked in here, and I owe all of my success and joy to Kylie and her magic. Her faith in me was contagious, her compassion and dedication unmatched. I can never thank her enough or find the words to fully express how incredible she was. It meant everything to me to have them on my team. My family and I will forever be so, so grateful.
