When he arrived on the 7th floor, Faith swiftly collaborated with the Trauma provider to implement the necessary medications, alleviating his discomfort and pain. As a mother and a nurse, I was disheartened that my son wasn't receptive to my recommendations, but Faith's compassionate and empathetic approach was a shining beacon of hope and comfort for him during his stay. Faith frequently checked on him, ensuring his pain was managed and he could rest comfortably. Though his other nurses on the Telemetry (7th floor) were just as amazing, Faith's exceptional care and expertise had a profound impact on him because she effectively managed his pain, helped him understand his plan of care, and made him feel safe and cared for.
