When Jennifer and I first met on the oncology floor, I was going to be a new cancer patient, and I was emotionally not prepared or ready to accept what was coming. Fast forward nearly one year, and when she walked into my room, she recognized me immediately. Jenn has to be the kindest person and nurse that I have ever had. I have spent over 50 days in the hospital.

Today, Jenn has helped me understand that even though test results coming in the next few days may be bad, I can get through it like last time. Jenn has an amazing ability to listen to me, my feelings, my fears, and be someone whom I can trust.

Thank you so much, Jenn, for helping my 13-year-old daughter and me, too! You’re an awesome nurse and person, and I can only wish that all my nurses cared as much as you do! So much love to you.
