I also want to commend the ED Staff. They were all professionals; however, Jordan was remarkable. Her demeanor was exclusive, accommodating, and professional. I was most struck by her attention to my symptoms. She was gathering pertinent information for the doctor.

Jordan took time to explain diagnostics and probability expectations and answered questions without being in a rush. She would dismiss herself appropriately to attend to other patients, but never failed to check back in with me as I was waiting in fear of results. Her work carried out highly professional, extremely knowledgeable, and even drew illustrations on dry erase board.
