The first time Shauna was my nurse, she took the time to talk to me about her cats. She went into detail about a game she played with her cats. She also talked to me about her farm. After talking about cats and her farm, she took the time to share a stress-relief lotion and some sounds to help me sleep when I had my Alexa at home.

Shauna was really good at helping me with coping skills. She gave me several ideas, including finger tapping, counting backwards from a large number and the use of a pressure point to clear my mind. Shauna was also willing to talk to me even when she wasn’t my nurse. I’m sure I am forgetting something, but I will end it by saying Shauna is an overall friendly and down-to-earth person. She reminds me of my mom, strict but kind. I loved hearing about her garden.
