My husband had emergency surgery for gallstones. The care and concern Michelle showed will never be forgotten. Her friendliness and pure joy meant so much and really relaxed the situation. Michelle provided excellent care and made us feel so comfortable. If we had questions, Michelle did her best to answer them or talk to a doctor who could provide the information.

Michelle always had a smile with a sweet disposition. We came into the ER at 4:00 AM. After being awake for hours, I was exhausted. Just as I was leaving my husband's room for my hour drive home, Michelle offered me a glass of ice water for the trip. She could tell I was tired. That gesture meant the world to me. I will never forget that act of kindness.
