I had surgery on my shoulder with Dr. Sharma. Everyone was marvelous, but one nurse who was with me until the end was Laura. Laura was caring beyond her nursing skills. She was so kind. The way she looked at me with kindness made me feel at ease. We talked about how she’s been in nursing for over 30 years. I felt like Laura needed an extra pat on the shoulder.
