Nurse Michelle is always upbeat, friendly, and caring. She always shows empathy to the children and their parents, too. Anytime I feel something is slightly wrong, Nurse Michelle will answer any questions and give me additional information. She will even call from the office to make sure my son is okay. Her demeanor is sweet, and you can tell she loves her job.
