RD coded for 11 minutes, and we had to make the most difficult decision of palliative care or going through with a tracheostomy. Katie walked hand in hand with P, my husband, and me through all the scenarios. She was instrumental in keeping our priorities straight and keeping our expectations real. We appreciate her guidance and expertise during our most stormy time for our child and our marriage. Katie gave us faith and the confidence that our RD would succeed with the trach in place.
