Over the course of my three-week admission, Kristela consistently demonstrated exemplary bedside manners. Her attentiveness to details, informative nature, her kindness, care, unwavering support, and teamwork make her an outstanding nurse. During my surgery and blood exchange procedure, Kristela worked seamlessly with the blood exchange nurse to ensure all quality checks were thoroughly completed, and she went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout the process.

While some people merely show up to work to fulfill a task, it is evident that Kristela is truly called to the field of nursing. Her compassionate care and respectful attitude towards her patients set her apart. In a time when many can treat you poorly when you’re vulnerable, my experience with Kristela and the team was refreshingly different.
