My daughter was in Sidra Medicine for her 4th infusion. In the previous three times, she had a reaction—mostly nausea and dizziness—and became extremely anxious and unhappy about being admitted and having to go through it again. As parents, we were also very worried and nervous about it.

This time, the nurse was extremely understanding and caring. Her calm and gentle manner put both my daughter and us at ease. She was extremely attentive and sat monitoring my daughter closely for the first 3 to 4 hours, which helped reassure us greatly.

On top of that, the nurse spent time talking to my daughter and listening to her. She shared things they had in common, which helped my daughter feel more relaxed and comfortable. Thankfully, the procedure went smoothly, but we will always be grateful to this nurse for calming our daughter and making this her best hospital experience to date.
