Since joining our organization two years ago, Keneisha has rapidly become one of the most requested and admired nurses by our providers. Her eagerness to help and humility to learn new clinical skills have not only strengthened her own competence but also uplifted the entire unit’s morale. She consistently steps in, even beyond her assignments, to support her teammates and patients.

She routinely volunteers for extra shifts and has even rearranged her personal schedule to stay late when needed. She never hesitates to pick up additional tasks that contribute to smooth operations. Through these efforts, she demonstrates a deep commitment to her patients and colleagues, often without being asked. She is not just a hard worker; she leads by example. Keneisha is currently taking prerequisites to return to nursing school and become a Registered Nurse.
