1st Nomination
We have a patient who was in the ICU and is now on the 6th floor. He has been here for weeks, and he is becoming depressed because he isn't able to look out a window, nor go outside, because he requires high amounts of oxygen. Chris worked with me on troubleshooting options to transport him to a window safely while meeting his high oxygen demands.

We trialed options in his room and came up with a solution. We transported the patient in his bed to a large window overlooking a beautiful day with the Beartooth Mountains in the distance. The patient's eyes brightened, and he was so appreciative, as was his family. Chris is a wonderful person who has his patients' well-being in mind, is a wonderful example of a team player, and a true asset to this organization.

Chris is a reminder that we can all make a positive impact on our patients' lives. I always look forward to working with Chris! Thank you, Chris, for always being there to support your patients and your team!
