What stood out most was that we never had to seek him out; he was always one step ahead, present, attentive, and ready to help. His kindness, professionalism, and excellent communication brought us a sense of calm and reassurance during a stressful time. AJ was, without a doubt, one of the best ER nurses we’ve ever encountered. He kept us informed every step of the way. Thanks to his regular updates, we never felt lost or uncertain... his compassion and attentiveness meant a great deal to our family!
