My experience with Alaina started indirectly before I arrived in my room. As I was being wheeled to my room, my husband arrived before me. Shortly afterwards, he mentioned how kind Alaina had been to him and said he knew I was in great hands. He was spot-on!

From the moment she entered the room, the energy she brought was electrifying! She specifically made sure I was comfortable, aware of my immediate surroundings, and understood what I could expect in my care. Throughout my time, she took time to answer my questions, share her professional knowledge, and make me feel as if I were her only patient.

As time moved forward, she shared personal aspects of her life away from nursing, including her travels, fiancé, and a Mediterranean Restaurant she highly recommends. Her attentive nature included asking about pain level, bathroom needs, and keeping a watchful eye on my catheter output. My deepest thanks to her for making a very stressful time easier.
