Michael was my nurse several times during my stay at Encompass Health Hospital. He has a gentle caring attitude. When I called for help Michael was on the spot to help me, whatever it was I needed. He picked up trash that fell to the floor, brought drinks and helped me get settled in bed. These things one might think are what nurses regularly do and they may be but the attitude was always positive and as a friend or servant. Periodically he popped in to check on me if I had not called in a bit. Same question: “Things ok?” “Something I can do for you?” My vision of an ideal nurse-always caring and nearby.
