I wanted to let everyone know that the VA knows Erika went above and beyond what I have ever been used to. I had been going to Newnan Clinic for years. When I called to schedule my annual appointment, I was told I was not a patient; I was considered a new patient, and I would have to drive all the way to Rome, which was too far. Erika was the first to stop the clock. Erika said, "We're going to figure this out. If I can't, we can offer you a VVC."

I have never been told I have options to do VVC. Erika jumped in and let me know she was going to help. I appreciate her following up with a telephone call to ensure I had been taken care of; nobody had ever done that before. I am willing to drive all the way to Rome if needed for care.
