If you ask any staff member on G5, they will tell you that our manager, Christina, goes above and beyond for all of us. She never fails to lend an ear, give sound advice, or help us with any trouble we face. She stands up for her nurses and staff, respects us as professionals, and as people. She is the embodiment of what it means to lead with grace and purpose. She simply is the kind of manager that that every team hopes for. She is thoughtful, respectful, and genuinely invested in the well-being of those she works with. She does not just mange us, she inspires and empowers us all to be better and work better together.
