Nurse Haley has been so kind and shown the most professionalism in her work obligations. My brother was administered liquid antibiotics for his urinary infection every day for four weeks. She went over and beyond to make sure my brother did not miss his treatment and was determined not to leave her shift until he got that antibiotic. My sister was visiting at the time.

My family feels Nurse Haley has gone above her commitment to fulfill the needs of my brother. Haley not only made sure my brother had his medical needs met but also did all she could to comfort him. Haley also treated us, his family, with respect, kindness, and concern for our needs and questions. Nurse Haley took time to make notes and obtain answers for us. If Haley didn't have an answer, she reached out to others who may have had the answer we needed.

Haley is so patient and courteous with the most beautiful Smile. She is a true blessing to our family and Einstein. We are very, very thankful that Nurse Haley was with my brother with all that he is going through. No matter what happens, we know she was good to my brother and cared about his well-being.
