1st Nomination
This RN, Lilibeth, went above and beyond to make sure my husband was kept comfortable from nausea and pain. She also kept us well informed of tests and procedures. She kept a close eye on him, asking how he was doing and if she could do anything else. She was right on top of the bell when he called for help and was very pleasant. She stayed in contact with all of his doctors and nurse practitioners, keeping us updated. Lilibeth's care is exceptional. I was impressed.

2nd Nomination
We had spoken with several staff members, doctors, PAs, dietitians, surgeons, and case managers, each letting us know their plan for treatment. As the day progressed, the tests were not performed. We asked Lilibeth if she could please check on the orders. After much research and phone calls, the treatments mentioned earlier were now being done. She went above and beyond to answer our questions and be a great patient advocate.
