My mother was having trouble breathing, chest pain and a terrible cough that required the ER visit. She is 82 but acts like she is 62! The care she received was spot on and I agreed with the doctor’s assessment. However, there was one nurse who not only took exceptional care of my mom but went above and beyond with everything she did! Sometimes it’s just the little acts of kindness that make being at the ER easier and that’s what this nurse did! She was professional, kind, respectful, caring, supportive, attentive and VERY good at her job! As a business owner myself, I would take very good care of this nurse as she is an excellent representative of Berryville ER department!!

I realize it takes a village to have a smooth department, but this nurse stood out from the very beginning and set the bar very high. My mother (the patient) felt blessed to have such good care when she needed it the most and that also includes the doctor and his care team!
