Kasey Paschal, RN, cares for our daughter as if she’s her own. She personally brought in clothing and swaddles for our daughter. She has personally washed our baby's clothing and such with her own time and resources. She always keeps us in the know and is caring and supportive when we're going through things like surgeries. She is always positive and caring in her communication, while also teaching us how to care for our baby in this challenging time. She is patient with our many questions, even when we repeat ourselves in distress. Kasey takes ownership of her role and goes above and beyond each day to care for our daughter. She never leaves the room without asking if we need anything, goes the extra mile by doing the little personal things like hand-making hats for our daughter, and makes us feel more at home and loved. She speaks softly and kindly to the baby when caring for her. She also has excellent bedside manners
