Aya has been a Registered Nurse in the Neuro-Medical-Surgical Unit for the past seven years. She holds a Master’s degree in Nursing, Adult Care – Clinical Nurse Specialist track. Aya blends advanced nursing knowledge with hands-on expertise to deliver exceptional patient-centered care.

As an active member of the Medical Surgical Clinical and Professional Advancement Council (CPAC), she contributes to practice improvement initiatives and serves as a strong advocate for nursing standards and professional growth.

Aya is also a preceptor, serving as a role model and resource for her colleagues, mentoring newly hired nurses and supporting their clinical growth while ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
