It all started at 3 am when my water broke. I called Labor and Delivery and spoke with the woman who would help deliver my baby later that night. She was kind and reassured me when I was nervous and unsure of what to do. Tonah was a breath of fresh air.

I was dreading going into labor with my second child, as my first experience was long, painful, and traumatic. Tonah provided me and my significant other with the most wonderful experience. She provided helpful tips, held my hands, and rubbed my back, all while making me laugh. I felt so empowered with Tonah by my side.

My birth was truly such a wonderful, positive experience. We were torn on what to name our daughter, and Tonah helped us vote on that, all while making us laugh again. I hope every woman gets to experience a nurse as incredible and positive as Tonah.
