My husband was admitted to Kaiser last August due to pneumonia. When I visited on a Sunday, he had a fever and was not responsive. During the shift charge, Cleo Cruz, came in to check on his condition.

She immediately noticed that his blood pressure was dangerously low and that he remained unresponsive. Without hesitation, she called a code, and the response team arrived quickly and worked tirelessly to stabilize him. Throughout this critical time, Cleo showed genuine sympathy toward my daughter and me, helping to ease our anxiety during such a stressful situation. Thanks to her quick thinking and with the support of Carlo and Eden, my husband recovered and is being discharged today.

I would like to recognize these wonderful nurses for their exceptional care, hard work, and compassion. My family and I are incredibly grateful to have had this team by my husband's side. Kaiser is fortunate to have such dedicated and skilled nurses on staff.
