Kayla brings all of that, and more.

Her manager, Nick, describes her as hardworking and passionate about patient care. She is precepting a new nurse—showing patience and dedication to teaching. She even created handouts to help explain policies and procedures, going the extra mile to ensure her colleagues succeed. Nick also notes that Kayla is thorough in her work and always willing to help with anything going on in the unit.
