After a long sleepless night and my first experience with heart difficulties, Ms. Fei He showed up for the day shift and came immediately to check on me. I could tell that she was moving fast- attending to all of her other patients at the same time. She checked everything- how I felt, how my night went, things I needed, the meds, the drips- everything. She was very cheerful, upbeat and full of positive energy. I really needed her kindness after a rough night!

Ms. Fei explained everything to me and assured me that she would take good care of me and that is exactly what she did. I was super delighted that she brought me a six-question “test” about my knowledge of my hypertension and heart condition. After I took the test she showed me how to find detailed answers to the questions in the informative material she provided to me. I have never before had any nurse show such care, as to educate me on how to understand my condition and how to treat it and live with it.

She was literally healing my heart with her genuine concern and kindness. It is evident that she is very knowledgeable and qualified in this field. She was very patient with me and she really uplifted my spirits- I thank her from the bottom my heart.
