Miranda Blanton has been such a blessing to my family. From the first time we met her, I could tell she truly cared about my children, not just as patients, but as people. My kids are usually nervous at doctor visits, but Miranda has a way of making them feel safe and comfortable. She always greets them with a smile, talks to them at their level, and takes the time to explain what’s going to happen so there are no surprises.

One day, my youngest was especially scared about getting a shot. Miranda sat down with her, talked about her favorite cartoons, and even made her laugh before gently giving the shot. It was over before my daughter even realized it, and instead of tears, there were giggles. Moments like that stick with you as a parent. Miranda never makes us feel rushed. She listens, answers every question, and shows incredible patience, even on the busiest days.

It’s clear she loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats every child who walks through the door. She has turned what used to be stressful appointments into positive experiences. For that, and for the compassion she shows every single time, I believe Miranda Blanton is a true DAISY Nurse.
