Frank went above and beyond to advocate for A's care and made sure he had everything he needed; the care he provided to not just him but all his patients should not go unnoticed. He is more than great at his job, and it shows. He went out of his way to small-talk with him to make him feel comfortable and made sure all his meds were on time to try and keep his pain manageable. Frank made sure his meals were brought to him on time, so they were also warm, and changed his dressings multiple times just because they were uncomfortable. His sole purpose while he was there was patient care. Words could never express how thankful I was when I would walk in and know he would be the one on shift taking care of him when I couldn't be there. Please let Frank know he will always hold a place in my heart for being so kind in such a traumatic time in our lives.
