Alicia was nominated by a grateful family member who first met her in May 2018 while their loved one was recovering from spinal surgery in TCU. From that first encounter, Alicia stood out for her unwavering dedication to patient wellbeing, her welcoming smile, and her genuinely caring nature.

When the same patient was hospitalized again in April 2025 for 23 days, Alicia’s positive attitude, capable care, and encouraging words made a difficult stay much more manageable- not only for the patient but also for their family. Her compassion, professionalism, and heart for her patients truly make her deserving of this honor.
