Since starting as a new grad last year, AP has always shown nothing but support and encouragement as a peer and especially as a charge nurse. The first time I had to transfer a patient to ICU, AP helped me along the entire way by showing me which steps I needed to take and guided me in the skills I was not as confident in. AP helped me stay calm under pressure and did not make me feel judged for not knowing the answers. AP continues to teach me and build the confidence I need to grow as a nurse.

AP has made an amazing impact on my nursing career. During a busy shift, AP made sure I was supported with a heavy assignment, as well as supporting the entire team. AP has gone above to help whether it be with patients or our own careers to make myself feel like I am being a good nurse.

AP has been a very supportive charge nurse. AP takes the time to answer questions and help with skills. AP has been very easy to approach and has made me feel less anxious when I was a new grad. When I was a new grad and had my first rapid response, AP stayed calm, which helped me remain calm and helped me through the rapid response.
