If I spent time telling you what separates this RN from the rest, I would have mania! We would be here all day. Steve has the disposition necessary to do this job.

He cares – you can tell. He acknowledges you – you feel it. He goes above and beyond in all aspects. Stand at the counter – he sees you – does not dismiss you. He listens – you can feel it. He communicates – no, really, he communicates.  He tries to anticipate his patients' needs and wants. He explains anything you want to know, or anything you don’t know, that you're talking about with him.

His mindset and attitude separate him from his coworkers. He is kind and funny.
