Seeing my mom in the ICU bed, so sick and so helpless, was heartbreaking. Olivia took care of her in such a loving way, it gave us such a feeling of confidence in not only her medical care but also in the compassion she was receiving. Then, when my mom's heart gave out, sweet Olivia gave her CPR for so long. We knew she tried her best and more to keep our mom with us. When my mom was eventually gone, Olivia hugged and consoled me while I was sobbing in her arms. That level of care and compassion not only gave her patient, but the family, such an incredible blessing!
