I would like to thank you first for putting yourself on the front line. You take care of all of the Veterans to ensure their needs are met. I am so grateful to you for always going beyond the call of duty. While being a patient at the DRRTP, I have had encounters with unknown seizures that were out of control, and I am so blessed to have the right nurse here to render aid in times of need.

Ms. Simmons always ensured I was safe in the absence of buddy aid from fellow Veterans. She ensured I always took my medications, made all doctors’ appointments, and ensured I had the proper sleep to help my recovery process. She truly is a lifesaver.
