I want to comment on the Nurse I had in Outpatient Surgery this past Friday. I was in for a foot surgery with Dr. Baker. My breathing has been labored for quite some time with little improvement. Debbie, a Nurse from Indy for many years, noticed I was struggling. She immediately put me on 02.

Meantime, she was emailing the doctor in surgery that there is a real problem, and she doesn't think that maybe this is the day with my vitals. She insisted that people who were waiting on her to complete her intake would wait until the doctor himself could see me, and he informed my waiting Daughter and Sister that I may be getting some unexpected news before they came in the room.  

Dr. Baker and the Anesthesiologist agreed that it wouldn't be a good idea with the position that my surgery would have to be done in.  I'm so thankful that Debbie was so kind and watchful that I feel she kept us all out of trouble in surgery with her vast experience in her field. They admitted me, and she took me to the ER herself and made sure things were on track with the ER group. People don't get "Job well done"  enough, but I wanted to highlight Debbie because she was an Angel to my family and me.
