Mark McMan is knowledgeable and understanding. He says, “If you are here, you should be treated like family,” and he goes above and beyond to show that! He genuinely cares about patients!

We were asking if my mom could have an outside snack, and he even went on his break and got my mom some snacks for when she wanted them! He explains what is happening with medications and why she is being given what.

It is nice to see a nurse do that and make me and my mom feel comfortable! If all nurses were like Mark, the world would be a better place!

When you are worried and concerned about your Mom in the hospital, he makes you feel like she is well taken care of before the family leaves for the night, and that speaks volumes!
