During my mother’s admission to the Medical-Surgical Unit on the 11th floor at King Hussein Cancer Center, our family faced one of the most difficult periods of our lives—filled with fear and uncertainty. From the very beginning, Yasmeen was her assigned nurse, and she stood out in a way I will never forget. Her professional response to every need was truly exceptional. The kindness and humanity she brought to each moment of caring for my mother transformed an overwhelming situation into one that felt more manageable, offering us comfort and hope when we needed it most.
