Justin displays a great understanding of his role. All the nurses we work with are deserving of this award, but Justin stands out among many. He’s always willing to share his knowledge and lend a hand during a case in which he is not assigned. In one such case, we did not have the supplies needed, and Justin ran over to the Surgery Center to find exactly what we needed.

The first time, he had not brought back the correct supplies, but was quick to run back and try again. He returned, beet-red in the face, but still with a smile. He always has a great attitude and is a pleasure to be in a room with. St. Clare OR is lucky to have him as an RN-First Assist.
