On the day of my first treatment, I was nervous and unsure of what to expect. It was a big day for me—one filled with anxiety and fear of the unknown. That’s when I met Chelsey, and her presence immediately made everything feel a little lighter. From the very beginning, Chelsey treated me with genuine kindness and patience.

She introduced herself with a warm smile and took time to explain every step of what was about to happen. She described each medication, what it was for, and what I might feel during the process. She never rushed through her explanations and encouraged me to ask questions. Her calm confidence helped ease my nerves and made me feel like I was in very capable hands.
