Danielle, the floor RN, decided to stay for an entire shift to help with patients and helped work with my parent and me. She made sure that we had all the help we needed and did not feel like we were a burden. She took extra care to make sure my parent had all the supplies and little things needed for the night before the procedure scheduled for the next morning.

She made sure there were staff to help take care of my parent, meeting needs before we knew we had them! She listens and takes the time to care when most just seem to be in a rush. Danielle would sit and chat with us, spending time with my parent and our family to make all of us feel welcomed. I want to thank her for taking such great care of my loved one!
