Beaulah is the epitome of kindness, compassion, and professionalism. She is someone who is always smiling, always caring, and always willing to go the extra mile to make her residents feel not only cared for, but truly valued.

One resident stated, " Beaulah always sings a song to make me feel more comfortable when providing care to me. I am blind and sometimes, I get frightened, but Beulah always sings to me to comfort me, and this really reassures me."

It is easy to see how these simple acts of kindness, the power of song and, a gentle smile and a soft word can make all the difference but Beaulah's compassion doesn't end there. She brings comfort and calmness even in the most challenging situations, as described by a staff member. "There is one particular moment that stands out for me, when a resident died unexpectedly. In that difficult moment, Beaulah remained calm, composed, and most importantly, deeply compassionate. She offered not only comfort to the staff on duty but also provided much-needed reassurance and support to the family.

Her ability to show up with kindness and grace during such an emotional time is a testament to the kind of nurse she is. Beaulah never shies away from being a steady presence for those who need you most. Your residents, your colleagues, and the families here are better for having you as part of our team. You go above and beyond in every way, and your impact is felt beyond what words can say."
