During my endometriosis surgery in October, I had the privilege of being cared for by Nichole, and I will never forget the kindness and compassion she showed my husband and me. From the moment we met her, she went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable, informed, and cared for.

She took the time to answer all of our questions, and if she didn't know the answer right away, she made sure to find out and come back with the answer. After my surgery, when I was waking up from anesthesia, Nichole was incredibly attentive and gentle. She anticipated what I needed before I could even ask and made sure I was as comfortable as possible.

Her calm and compassionate presence made a difficult experience so much easier. I've had other hospital stays where I felt like just a number, but Nichole made me feel like a person, like my care truly mattered. This is what nursing should be. She exemplifies what compassionate, patient-centered care looks like, and I am so grateful for her.
