Jamie, we just wanted to say a huge thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did for us during such an important time. First of all, you’re incredibly professional. The way you cared for my wife and our baby and answered all our questions about newborn and maternal health really made us feel safe and confident. We could tell right away that we were in good hands.

Second, thank you for being so patient and caring. You answered all our questions, no matter how small. You helped my wife change diapers even when things got messy, and most of all, you stayed by her side during the long delivery. Pushing for 2 hours wasn’t easy but your support and encouragement really kept us going. You gave us so much confidence and strength.

Third, we know how much hard work you put in with us from early in the morning until late in the evening. Always busy, always helping. You stayed in the room most of the time, making sure everything was ready and running smoothly. We really saw and appreciated every little thing you did.

And lastly, you really knew how to care for not just our physical needs but our emotions, too. You were thoughtful and always kind. You helped us stay calm, positive, and informed the whole time.

We feel so lucky to have had you as our nurse. Thank you again for everything - you truly made a difference that we will never forget.
