Sarah came into work to help out on one of the busiest nights I've had in the ICU. I was staffing in full with a level 1 trauma. Sarah came in at 0045, saw that I was having lines placed for my patient as well as treating severe hypotension and being stretched thin, and took complete initiative to look up the patients I was having her take care of. She is always helpful, and I don't have to worry about her when she is working on my unit. Sarah is such a strong nurse and always comes so ready to work. Sarah deserves so much recognition for the care she gives and her work ethic.
