My father had a nurse named Jared. Without him, my father may have never gotten out of bed. He took the time and initiative to help him up, sitting him up in a chair. He was instrumental in getting things he could try to eat and drink to get his appetite back. He even brought him his first cup of coffee in over a week, and we all know how important that can be.

He became his advocate to the Physician in believing that he could and would benefit from skilled nursing and rehab. I credit Jared with motivating him to rehab. He lived the CHRISTUS values of Dignity and Excellence and is an Associate that you need to value and keep at all costs.
